About
Katia Fach Gomez teaches international arbitration, international business and conflict of laws at the University of Zaragoza. Additionally, she has lectured at
numerous European and Latin American Universities.
She graduated summa cum laude in Spain, holds a European Ph.D. summa cum laude in
international environmental law and an LL.M. summa cum laude from Fordham University. She was Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School and Post-Doctoral
Researcher at Max-Planck-Institut.
Her articles have appeared in a number of peer-reviewed law reviews. Admitted to the Spanish bar, she has been involved in many international litigation and arbitration cases.
